Your Path to College Tennis: Yellow Ball Tournament Training




If you have a child who is an avid tennis player looking to get on the right track to play at the collegiate level, we have the perfect program for you with our Tournament Training Yellow Ball Clinic.


This program is ideally suited for 9-12 year olds who are playing yellow ball and are beginning to play USTA junior tournaments. Our clinic offers a comprehensive training schedule designed to enhance your child's skills and prepare them for competitive play.


Weekly Schedule for Yellow Ball Tournament Training Group:


Monday: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Drilling / Stroke Technique Day

Focus on refining strokes and improving overall technique with targeted drills.


Tuesday: 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Set Play

Develop strategic thinking and match play skills through set practice.


Wednesday: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Movement Patterns and Drills

Enhance footwork and agility with specialized movement drills.


Thursday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Live Ball Drills

Engage in live ball scenarios to simulate real match conditions.


Friday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Tournament Warmup

Prepare for weekend tournaments with a focused warmup session.
